#Relisted# 1978 BULTACO YAMAHA 125 175 CLASSIC TWINSHOCK TRIALS BIKE Road Reg

1978 Bultaco (Yamaha 175) Twinshock Trials Here’s a cracking bike for someone. Just in, in part ex, so pick up a bargain. It’s a road registered 1978 ‘T’ reg Bultaco Sherpa, with a professionally fitted 175 Yamaha 2 stroke for reliability and unbelievable ground clearance as seen in the pictures. This had the engine rebuilt 3 years ago and starts literally first kick everytime, sounding really sweet. The engine is a 1G1 prefix, with TY175 internals. The frame and running gear is all 1978 Bultaco Sherpa 125 model 185, and the conversion was done in the late 90’s and works really well. This was a very competitive bike back in the day, and is a cheap way of getting into twinshock trials with great reliability. Everything works as it should, but would benefit from the fork seals doing and rear shocks after it has been stood unused for a while. There is slight weeping on the fork seals. The bike comes with the new keepers part of the logbook, and even though it hasn’t been used on the road for years, it wouldn’t take much to get it through a daytime MOT. It is still registered as a 125cc but I will leave it up to the new owner to change to 175 if they want. It’s a used trials bike, so please expect knocks, chips and dents, but runs well and perfect for entry level trials, or with not much work it could be a trick trials iron. Please note :- No more time wasters, and no offers at this price. To be collected from Holmfirth, HD9 7HR West Yorkshire And £100 deposit secures the bike fo...
