2004 BMW R 1200 GS 04, INCREDIBLE EXAMPLE, FULL OHLINS SUSPENSION,FSH,REMUS ETC!
Absolutely stunning 2004 04 plate BMW R1200GS ABS, fitted with super high quality Ohlins suspension front and rear (at a cost of over £2000 !), Remus Revolution silencer, wind deflector kit, top case, BMW DAW/6 Alarm/Immobiliser, two stage BMW heated grips , cylinder head guards and switchable ABS.In amazing condition throughout for a bike that is over ten years old, the Rock Red metallic paint is unmarked and the whole bike is pretty much corrosion free.The front engine cover has been stripped, filled and re painted professionally and that was the only thing that needed attention.Only one former keeper and the present owner has kept meticulous service records, carrying out the routine service himself and taking it to SBW Motorrad of Hertford for things like brake fluid changes and alternator belt replacement (see accompanying photo of service schedule).There are eight stamps in the service log from Park Lane BMW and SBW up to 14196 miles and then the rest documented with supporting invoices for every service item used .It will have a new MOT put on it before it is released to its new owner.The Ohlins suspension fitted gives the bike an amazingly plush ride and the bike feels much more planted than a standard R1200GS as well as being 20mm lower.The bike runs and rides without fault and we have just carried out a full brake and clutch fluid flush to keep the ABS pump happy !The bike looks stunning in the flesh and I guarantee that it will not disappoint !HPI clear of course wi...
