Derbi Terra Adventure 125cc
DERBI TERRA ADVENTURE 125 CC EXCELLENT 1ST BIKE AND/OR REGULAR COMMUTER. Here I am selling my trusty Derbi. I have owned this bike since October 2013 used only to commute to and from work (36 miles a day 5 days a week). This is a big 125cc suitable for the taller riders ( I'm 6ft 4"). When I first purchased this bike I had her checked over via QB motorcycles and they found no issues after about 3 months ( Jan 2014) I noticed the oil light flickering when idling, so I booked her in for a full service and that is when the mechanic diagnosed the oil light problem as the clutch gasket housing needed replacing as with all Derbi's the original is made of cardboard and normally fails within warranty but not mine. She now has an aluminium gasket ring replaced on 24/01/14 with new engine coolant and has not given any warning signs since. I also had rear brake begin to fail and found after first trying new rear pads that it was in fact the master cylinder so I replaced that on 16/04/2014 no problems since. I have also replaced the chain and sprockets twice the first occasion I purchased a standard chain and sprocket set (cheap ones) and they lasted about 3 months so rather then go cheap again I purchased and fitted the DID x ring black and gold chain with JT front and rear sprockets (also replaced one of the rear chain adjusters due to my super human strength breaking the original) all done on 13/06/2014 and have not had to adjust them since only lubricating after every full tank ( Tha...
