DERBI TERRA ADVENTURE 125 (2012)
Here I am selling my Derbi Terra Adventure 125. I have had this bike for over a year now since 300 miles on the clock, since then i have done roughly 4600. The bike had it's first service on the 7th of May 2013 when the service light came. It has never missed a beat and continues to run smooth as silk, It had its second service at 3554 miles. I check the oil regularly and make sure it is always topped up on fuel. Before this bike I had an old Honda cg which i used to commute to college, the Honda was quite old and slow this drew my attention to the Derbi. I bought it last April, it only had one previous owner who bought it and then lost interest at 300 miles! I seriously don't know why because this bike is so much fun. The Derbi allows you to feel safer as it is a bigger bike, it gives you a far greater road presence than the smaller 125's. I have often had people come up to me and question the engine size of the bike because it is a big bike looking at it. That suited me as I am quite tall (6ft2) however my brother who is 5ft10 also found it very easy to ride and found it comfortable. I used the bike to commute to college a 20 mile round trip 5 times a week, it is good on fuel i used to put 7 pound in at the start of the week and it would last me all week and the weekend. The bike itself is a top spectrum 125 similar to the Honda Varadero, It has 15bhp which is high for a 125 (the same as an RS125). This give the bike a Top speed of 70 MPH and it cruises comfortably at 60 mp...
