2.0 litre OHC Pinto engine & running gear from a Mk4 Cortina.
Engine refurbished 1990 by a specialist in servicing classic and high performance cars, with new twin-choke Weber carb with Ford Motorsport pancake air-filter fitted at that time.
Rolling chassis professionally built.
Nearly all mechanical work completed prior to DVLA registration in 1995 with the V5 document showing the car as a Pilgrim Bulldog with the original donor number plate PGB 70 VOLT.
The car has been unused since 1995.
Bodywork in dark blue gelcoat, tan leather Jaguar seats, black Wilton carpet and a walnut veneered Jaguar dashboard with a lockable glove-box c/w vanity mirror.
Smiths instruments, woodrim steering wheel, wooden door cappings, Aston filler cap and Lucas torpedo sidelights.
Chromed brass wind screenframe with T-type side pillars cast to order by Brasscraft and double-thick chrome plated.
