Yamaha V-Max 1200 - 1996 Black Edition.

Yamaha V-Max 1200. 1996 Black. Full power model. Completely stock. Extraordinary condition for year. Runs perfectly. Full power model, imported from the US by DK Motorcycles. Extremely clean. Registered to me in June 2013 and I've only done 500 miles dry miles since.Kept in a heated garage when not ridden. Age-related plate. New tyres 500 miles ago.Yamaha engine bars, but no other extras as this is one of those rare totally stock bikes. Paint work and chrome is perfect (including the engine) The only minor things wrong with it are: a small ding in the right hand muffler, a small ding in the left hand down pipe (not visible), usual scratching around ignition switch and a minor rub in the lacquer on the right hand air scoop (see photos). For a bike nearly 20 years old, it's in superb condition. However, the bike does also come with an additional genuine Yamaha rear-end muffler system in black. I bought this last year from a seller who had it on his 1996 bike for just a week when new, and then dry stored it since then. These are £900 pounds+ new,and this muffler system is basically as new. I just never got round to fitting it. I recently replaced with genuine yamaha parts the following items as they had small scratches: headlamp rim and speedo shroud, tank badges. I also replaced the (foot) gear lever with a genuine Yamaha unit as it had a minor bend in it. The bike also comes with a set of new Hagon progressive front fork springs (boxed) which again I never got round to fitting...
