Here up for auction is a BMW R1150 GS Adventure which I am selling on behalf of my dad.This bike was registered in 2002 and is showing 96,000 miles which has been covered by one owner until recently. I have a complete history file from new with previous MOT's, comprehensive service receipts, full BMW stamped service record and also an original bill of sale showing original purchase price of £7,828.00 plus £1,370.00 of extras totaling £9.198.00.The optional extras are:-Heated gripsEngine protection barsABSLow dual seatLarge capacity fuel tank Also not included in the original cost price is a pair of side BMW panniers, also a Remus oval exhaust silencer and Y section.This machine has been comprehensively used since new by the original owner and it has ventured throughout Europe, the Italian Dolomites, the Tour of France, the Spanish Pyrenees, Swiss Alps and up to the Arctic Circle through Norway. It has also covered the tour of Great Britain and Wales. The bike runs faultlessly, tyres are all good, ABS works fine, engine is in superb running condition.The fuel tank is unmarked, no rips to the seat, engine bars are also excellent condition.As you would expect or should I say as per normal it has corrosion on various nuts and bolts and engine casings otherwise it is in nice original condition taking into account its mileage.
