Honda CR500 AF Road Legal - High spec.
Unfortunately the time has come to sell my Road legal Honda CR500af supermoto. This bike is a one off with a huge spec and the nicest most fun bike I have ever owned.The frame is a low hour 2005 crf250 converted to take a 1994 CR500 engine (Engine completely rebuilt and has only covered 3 hours since) This is an animal of a bike with loads of potential. I have attempted to list below the complete spec of the bike but there is most likely some items I have missed out. Engine· 1994 CR500, fully rebuilt with less than 3 hours use since rebuild.· Brand new Hot rods crank shaft and con rod fitted with All Balls main bearings fitted· Forged Wiseco Piston· Cylinder has been bored out and plated by Langcourt to match piston.· Decompressor head – makes starting easy, can be done first kick in trainers.· All new electrics using genuine Honda parts, ECU, stator, pulse coil, flywheel .· AMR racing HT coil· Carbon reeds· Boyesen side cases· Mitaka hardened billet clutch basket, to prevent damage from plate chatter.· Heavy duty clutch plates and the correct length push rod fitted.· Keihin 39mm pwk carb· Pro circuit factory expansion pipe – Correctly sealed, does not leak at joint.· Custom made rear twin exhausts – Converted CRF pipes, stripped and repacked to give the correct back pressure.· Custom oversized alloy radiators to help cooling with red silicon hoses.· K+N airfilter conversion with the correct adapter plate.· All gaskets and oil seals replaced· All bearings replaced· Fairly new...
