Honda CR500 af conversion using 2010 crf250 frame
I built this CR 500af over the course of one year and as you can see from the pics no expense has been spared. The bike has only 5hrs since built. I did have to put small dent in fron pipe to allow the front wheel more clearance, but this doesn't effect performance in anyway. All the cylinder and crankcase porting, squish band, dome shape and decompressor was done in Canada by Adam Millar who specialises in the cr500 and kx500 Here's a bit more spec: New crank cases.New cutch casing.New head, with squish mods and decompressor.New HRC replica billet clutch and ignition covers.Full TWIRP porting package and pulse intake system done by Adam MIllar aka MRE.New kick start.Full FMF exhaust system.New conrod and vertex piston.Engine wise it's 95% new, only the crank, flywheel, stator, CDI, mains haft, countershaft and some of the gears are used parts.
