Tamoretti 125 Retro Scooter. 59 plate.
125cc retro style scooter manufactured by Tamoretti. I was planning to ride this myself but after doing the CBT I didn't feel confident so decied to stick with four or more wheels! The scooter was supplied new by Scooter Central in Essex to a familly member. It came to me a couple of years back and ran just fine. However when I went to start it the other day to take it for MOT it would not start. There is no spark so I believe it has either an ignition or alarm issue. I'm too busy with other projects to fix it so hence the listing as a non-runner. Once it is running it should MOT OK as everything else looks to be in good order. There is some damage to the fairing (see picture) which I have fixed but requires paint to make it a finished job. It will also need a new battery (12v). I can deliver at your cost subject to distance and being able to arrange a time (drop me a note if you want to do this). You are welcome to collect from me in Chelmsford, Essex. Collection (or delivery) within two weeks of the end of auction. Prefer cash but PayPal OK if you must. Normal conditions - You are bidding to buy not to turn up and haggle.
