This is the Awesome Moto Guzzi Norge 1200 GT 8V. This is the top spec version. It comes with ABS brakes and a very well designed full failing, an electrically powered windshield, Full quickly detachable colour coded side cases, factory fitted heated grips and wired for a TOM TOM rider Sat Nav. This is the second generation of the bike. The 1st had a 1200 2 valve per cylinder engine. This is the later, more powerful 1200cc 4 valve per cylinder model. The engine is also more refined and makes a good deal more torque than the previous model. Anyone who knows Guzzi's knows that they are built to lasts for years, and these new Guzzi's are better than ever. They have dual skin stainless steel exhaust systems, very high quality paint and are fastened together using stainless steel nuts and bolts, so they keep their appearance for many years to come. This model also features some very high spec components i.e. Brembo Wheels, Brembo brakes, Showa forks and Magneti Marelli engine management. These bikes are fantastic to ride and are one of the most comfortable bikes I have ever ridden. They are light enough for an every day machine, but big enough for a full European tour. Pillion comfort is also excellent and fuel economy is good. 50MPG is quite common at speeds below 100mph. The tank range is also excellent at up to 250 miles from the 23L tank.
