Its 21st Century reliability with 1960s Italian artistry. VESPA "SS180" its a brilliant fake by TASSO. see their website http://www.tassouk.co.uk/classic_ss180.html Built on a new LML 125cc. Added to that cost :- The basic conversion is over £1500, and this scooter also has nearly £500 of listed '60s extras: '60s reg number, glovebox, bench seat, SS badges, kickstart. The fake SS180 passes close scrutiny, except by aficionados who could spot a wrong coloured nut! I'm the 2nd owner, the first owner sold it to me with about 30miles on the clock. Apparently it was registered and then put on display.It still needs running in. Take it easy for the first 5-600 miles. Its a beauty, learner legal 125, de-restricted, reliable 2013 12v electrics, disc brake, obviously starts first time, and it sounds sweet too. Reason for sale? I now have a vintage Vespa GS and two automatics as well. It too needs to be ridden and admired. If I keep the "SS180" it will just sit in my garage. Questions?
