1967 BSA C15 - Unfinished Project
I have for sale what was my fathers C15G, registered 1967. He started the restoration and as you can see it was nearly completed. Firstly, please assume nothing. I am not a mechanic and can only tell you what I know and remember about the bike. It has matching engine and frame numbers and is one of the last made. This has been stored in my garage for a few years, and I was hopeful to complete the project, but I simply do not have the time and it's a shame to see it sat there. Things I believe the bike has had: Most parts repainted - now acquired the odd mark hear or thereNew LoomEngine Rebuilt (cannot confirm what was done, turns over with masses of compression)New Seat (still wrapped)Chrome is all very shiny and usable, whilst does show the odd mark ( I am assuming the rims are original, not rechromed, and are amazing for there age). Silencer clearly has been rechromed and shows some bubbling under the surface although again, has an excellent shine. I would say the bike is 98% complete and comes with a few odd parts remaining. Things that I can obviously see that it needs: A throttle cable (included)Seat brackets painting / fitting (included)Finish connecting electricsChain needs fitting (included)Fuel / Oil pipes need fitting (Oil pipe included)I have tried to be completely honest but if you are unsure, please ask or come and view.
